Which shipping destinations are available?

Currently we only ship to the UK from our warehouse in Hull.

I have not received a confirmation email or tracking number?

Order confirmations and tracking are sent automatically via email, if you've not received your tracking link, please double check your junk or spam email folder, otherwise please contact support at help@bend-bath.com

When can I expect delivery?

We aim to deliver all orders within 5 business days, this is subject to delays during busy periods such as Sales, Black Friday, holiday seasons, during which this may take longer.

Although this is our expected delivery times, tracking links will provide a much more accurate estimation once the order is ready for despatch.

Are refunds available?

Yes!

From receiving your item, you'll have 30 days to return or exchange your item, whether it's not quite the right fit, or just doesn't suit your space, as long as the item is in the same condition it was received.

To begin a returns request, simply get in touch with us at help@bend-bath.com with your order ID and item to return, we'll support you through the process of getting it back to our warehouse.
